Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our Austin headquarters, excluding some Asian and remote regions. During checkout, you’ll be able to see if we deliver to your location.

- Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 USD, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch
How can I track my order?

What if my package is damaged during shipping?

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different item, please return the original purchase (following our return policy) and place a new order for the item you want.
