Our Return Commitment
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, with all packaging and tags). Your satisfaction matters as much to us as the craftsmanship of our European-style bakeware and precision knives.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened Baking Mats (potential contamination risk)
- Used Bar Tools and Beverage Accessories
- Personalized items (engraved Chef’s Knives or monogrammed Butter Dishes)
- Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for quality issues/wrong items)
Step 3: Package & Ship
Securely repackage items with all original materials. Include the completed return form (provided with your order). For change-of-mind returns, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx).
Step 4: Processing
Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for processing. You’ll receive email confirmation when completed.
Refund Details
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within:
