Scanpan Professional – 2 Qt Covered Saucepan

The SCANPAN Professional – 2 Qt Covered Saucepan is manufactured from squeeze cast 100% recycled aluminium. The cooking surface is made from SCANPAN’s exclusive Ceramic Titanium technology, which in the production phase is heated to 20,000°C where it liquefies and intertwines itself with the aluminium. Embedded in this surface is the specially formulated non-stick compound. To eliminate hot spots, the heavy duty base is forged into shape under 275.5 tons of pressure preventing warping and buckling. Designed and made in Denmark, the Professional range is oven safe to 500°F and is compatible with all cooktops except induction.
