Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have extended delivery times or additional restrictions.

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Return Policy Overview

• Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags
• Non-Returnable Items: See section below

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened Baking Mats (potential contamination risk)
• Used Bar Tools and Beverage Accessories
• Personalized items (engraved Chef’s Knives or monogrammed Butter Dishes)
• Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email:

• Return authorization number
• Shipping instructions
• Prepaid return label (for quality issues/wrong items)

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely repackage items with all original materials. Include the completed return form (provided with your order).

Note: For change-of-mind returns, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx).

Step 4: Processing

Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for processing. You’ll receive email confirmation when completed.

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within:

• Credit Cards: 3-5 business days (appears on your next statement)
• PayPal: Typically within 24 hours

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective/wrong items.

Exchange Policy

For exchanges (subject to availability):

• We’ll ship your new items once the return is received

International Returns

Damaged or Defective Items

If your premium cookware arrives damaged:

• Photograph the damage and packaging
