3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

3.4 Sales Tax

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

4.2 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination. Some remote areas may have extended delivery times or restrictions.

4.3 International Shipping

We ship globally except to certain Asian and remote regions. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

4.4 Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 7 days. For damaged shipments, see Section 6.3 below.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with all tags attached. The following are non-returnable:

• Opened baking mats (hygiene reasons)
• Used bar tools and beverage accessories
• Personalized items (engraved knives, monogrammed dishes)
• Final sale items (marked during checkout)

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number, items to return, reason, and preference (refund/exchange)
2. Wait for return authorization (within 2 business days)
3. Repackage items securely with original materials and included return form
4. Ship using provided label (for quality issues) or at your expense for change-of-mind returns ($12.95)

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return:

• Credit cards: 3-5 business days (appears on next statement)
• PayPal: Typically within 24 hours

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective/wrong items.

5.4 Exchanges

For exchanges (subject to availability):

• Follow standard return process
• Specify desired replacement item(s)
• We’ll ship new items once return is received
• Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

5.5 International Returns

For international customers (excluding certain regions):

• Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs apply unless item is defective
• Allow 2-3 weeks for processing

6. Warranties and Liability

6.1 Product Warranty

We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for one year from purchase. This warranty covers replacement of defective items but does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Redel Cookware Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product use or inability to use our website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

6.3 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

• Photograph the damage and packaging
• Email images to [email protected] within 48 hours
• We’ll arrange free return shipping and immediate replacement

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
